Luxe Talent is currently looking for a professional and experienced Sales Assistant for a dynamic Italian menswear label for the new opening in the city center of Berlin. The brand stands for made in Italy and is currently on the road to success throughout Europe.
Job description as Sales Assistant:
As a Sales Assistant you will be a brand ambassador and provide exceptional customer service; maximise store profitability by exceeding your sales targets; assist in the maintenance of standards on the shop floor and for all displays and merchandise.
Your main duties include promote customer relationships, ensure efficient use of CRM, keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends, contribute to the achievement of the target by working in team.
Requirements:

- Fluency in English and German is mandatory;
- Minimum two year of experience in a similar position;
- Strong attention to details and great customer service skills;
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals;
- Good team player;
- Familiar with CRM systems;
- Capacity to multitask and work in a dynamic environment;
- Knowledge in menswear fashion.
