Retail Operations Coordinator

Luxe Talent is looking for a talented Retail Operations Coordinator to join the HQ of a famous outdoors brand in Amsterdam.

Main Responsibilities:

Your role will contribute to this mission by supporting all programs and processes related to the daily operations of the retail stores. The Coordinator is responsible for operationally supporting the field leadership teams as well as their retail stores. The Retail Operations Coordinator also helps store openings, remodels and moves. The Retail operations coordinator will collaborate with several departments such as:

• Product (stock management, orders/logistics and optimization) .
• Finance (seasonal planning, P&L´s, reporting).
• Operations (Retail, expansion and opening of new stores, facilities)
• VM and Marketing

Requirements:

• At least 4 years within a Retail operations role in well-known retail company.
• English a must. Ideally other language.
• Have a good understanding of the retail business and sustainability.
