Sales Assistant - Italian Premium Brand - Berlin
Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG. We are looking for one of our customers, a fashion French premium Brand, a Sales Assistant for a High Premium Fashion Brand in Berlin.:
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, and we have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.
Job description:
- To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;
- To approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy;
- To develop enduring relationships with local and international clients;
- To maximize sales for the Boutique;
- To handle returns of merchandise;
- To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
- To support the team on the general operations of the Boutique;
- To maintain the customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and English (written & spoken); previous experience in retail is required; Ability to communicate and inspire customers & colleagues with great customer service skills.
