Sales Assistant – Opening Fashion Store – Anvers H/F

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for one of our customers, a fashion premium Brand, a Sales Assistant H/F English Speaker in Anvers city centre.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Job description for a Sales Assistant (Anvers):

• Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;
• Approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy;
• Develop enduring relationships with local and international clients;
• Maximize sales for the Boutique;
• Handle returns of merchandise;
• Preserve a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
• Support the team on the general operations of the Boutique;
• Maintain the customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be fluent English (written & spoken); Both French and Spanish are a plus. Previous experience in retail is required; Ability to communicate and inspire customers & colleagues with great customer service skills.
