Sales Assistant Premium Brand M/W

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Sales Assistant M/W for a French menswear premium brand in Antwerp.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Job description as Sales assistant:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be reporting to the store manager and working in the following duties for the opening of this store:

• Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards;
• Achieve sales targets ;
• Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM;
• Promote customer relationships;
• Maintain a clean environment in the Store at the highest standard;
• Working within established guidelines.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have at least a 1/2-year experience in Retail.

We are looking for a passionate professional who can provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and involved in his/her work.

He/She must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English.
Other languages (especially French) would be a plus.
