Sales Assistant - Luxury Decoration Brand (Central London)

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, we are looking for a  Sales Assistant for one of our clients, a luxury decoration company, located in Central London.

In our recruitment agency we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, where we have offices in strategic locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Munich

Job Description as a Sales Assistant:

  • Manages each visitor through the application of Brand sales ceremonies
  • Welcomes and understands the customer's needs to ensure a unique customer experience
  • Communicates the Brand values, qualities, and advantages of the product (Story Telling, Product Story)
  • Use the sales tools (material samples, digital tools, dedicated brochure, catalogue)
  • Collects customer / prospect profiling data in a discreet and informal way
  • Successful sale conversions
  • Cross Selling / Upselling
  • Promote Total Living
  • Manages the quotation and follows up with prospects
  • Closes the sales process and prepares the reason why for a new customer visit
  • Collects the profiling data of each visitor (prospects and customers) as required in the selling ceremonies, in order to feed the customer analytics and the CRM / retargeting strategy
  • Guarantee the respect of the brand image in the store (respecting the visual merchandising standards) through direct and continuous interventions)
  • Provides after-sales support to Customers
  • Follow the dress-code guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with a background in Interior Design education
  • Previous experience (min 2-4 years) in Retail Sales; Furnishing Companies; or in Luxury Fashion Brands
  • Ability to use and promote sales tools to support sales (eg creation of renderings)
  • Capacity to use Interior Designing Tools
  • Experience with a POS system and proficient with MS Office software
  • Ability to conduct the Selling Ceremony while keeping a strong focus on increasing the conversion rate, with the objective to transform visitors into buying clients.
  • Team work spirit
  • Business Oriented. Ability to analyse sales results.
