In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
JOBDESCRIPTION
Tasks of the store manager:

- Motivate, coach and lead your team. Support the development of each employee and set up objectives and help them succeed;
- Monitor the KPI's you set up and take actions in order to develop the store's turnover;
- Customer development and turnover by giving them the best customer experience in a premium environment;
- Ensure the proper execution of procedures and non-sales tasks in store as well as customer satisfaction;
- Support the implementation of new activities and services to develop the omnichannel within the store;
- Organize the point of sale and ensure the management of schedules.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience in a similar role.
- Speak fluent English;
- A true people manager;
- Comfortable as a leader and a problem-solver;
- Strong communication skills;
- Achieve premium merchandising;
- Organized and structured;
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
