Store Manager Luxury Brand – New opening – London

From Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, we are looking for a Store Manager to lead the team of a brand new store, for an established and renowned eyewear luxury brand, in the heart of London.

The opening is scheduled for February, with the possibility to start in January for training.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in London, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants by promoting a positive work environment
• Ensure loyalty to the brand by developing solid relationships with customers
• Coach and train the team on selling ceremony ensuring that an excellent experience is offered at all time
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit by proactively taking commercial initiatives to drive the business, as well as organising events to keep customer engagement
• Develop detailed and comprehensive knowledge of all products and brand culture, to provide exceptional customer service and build sales
• Set sales target and ensure the achievemnt of such
• Manage the staff rotas and shifts
• Analyse and report KPIs results to the company
• Lead by example by being involved in all the operational tasks
• Maintain excellent store standards to reflect the brand image

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a service driven environment, preferably within the luxury industry
• Strong people skills
• strong understanding of the luxury industry and customer experience
• Strong analytical and commercial skills to drive profits
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills. Able to build strong, authentic relationships with clients and collaborate with team members
• Proactive, dynamic and willing to lead by example
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Effective time management skills

What The Company Offers: 

• Annual gross salary: 75.000 £ - 82.000 £
