Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG. We are looking for one of our customers, a fashion Italian fashion , a store manager in Brussels.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, and we have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Job description of a store manager:
The Store Manager will be responsible of managing a team of 7+ employees and will take care of the recruiting and training activities.
The candidate will be also responsible of the direct contact with the HQ in order to follow the guidelines for the Visual Merchandising and Stock.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (English is a plus);
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Experience in men’s wear is a plus
- Familiar with KPI’s.
