Area Manager Belgium – Premium Fashion

Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for an Area Manager Premium Fashion for an Italian fashion brand in menswear in Belgium.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich and Amsterdam.

JOBDESCRIPTION

Tasks of the area manager:

• • Develop operational plans to drive sales in your area to achieve KPIs;
  • Keeping a good overview of staffing levels;
  • Visiting the different stores in your area and knowing what is going on in the different stores;
  • Helping out where necessary and showing your teams that they can count on you;
  • You strive to grow the brand experience in your area by, among other things,creating ambassadors;
  • Motivate and coach your teams and ensure the development and growth of all employees and teams;
  • Develop KPIs and targets and you discuss and manage these with the store managers;
  • Monitoring and ensuring a healthy and positive working environment;
  • Responsible for the assessment and evaluation interviews of the shop managers and their teams.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Proven experience in a similar position;
• You are communicatively strong and fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
• You are a real people manager;
• Analytically strong and you know your KPIs;
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, dynamic and willing to learn and develop;
• Adaptability and flexibility;
• Effective time management skills. You must be punctual, reliable and able to complete tasks within the required deadlines.
