Assistant Store Manager – Luxury Store – Nammos Village

From Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the upcoming launch of a Resort Store belonging to an esteemed international luxury brand, located in Nammos Village, Mykonos.

This is a seasonal opportunity, from June until end of September, with the possibility of a seasonal permanent contract to have a long term collaboration and be in charge of the Resort Store each year.

In our recruitment agency we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, where we have offices in strategic locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Munich.

Responsabilities of the Assistant Store Manager:

• Big opening and closing of the store, being in charge of all the operational and administrative tasks, in contact with the local providers and stakeholders
• Team management and coaching
• Clienteling, CRM and excellent customer service
• Local business developer
• Support the Store Project Manager in KPI’s analysis and commercial strategies
• Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through the service you provide with a positive and professional attitude;

Requirements of the Assistant Store Manager:

• Good understanding of market and operations in Mykonos
• Very good leadership, communication, team animation and project management skills.
• Ability to take responsibilities, autonomy, reliability and rigour in execution.
• Ability to work effectively with retail software programs (MS Office, SAP etc…).
• Fluency in Greek and English is required, and preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience on Mykonos Island or have worked there for a season.
• Work permit for Greece
