Luxe Talent, an International recruitment and selection agency specialised in Retail, Fashion and Luxury is looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join the team of a luxury brand, for their flagship in the heart of Luxembourg.
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich and Amsterdam.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven client advisor to join a team of 5 people. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales to achieve targets. As a client advisor, you will play a key role in promoting our products/services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Vereisten:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within premium or luxury sector.
- Good knowledges of French & English (A third language is a plus).
- Strong clientelling skills.
- Ability to create an authentic warm welcome for all customers.
- Strong brand awareness and ability to protect business strategy and plans and maintain confidential business information where necessary.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong, authentic relationships with customers.
- Proactiveness and motivation to grow within the business.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Effective time management skills.
