Luxe Talent, is an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG. We are looking for a Flagship Deputy Store Manager for a Premium Streetwear brand in London.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich and Amsterdam.
JOBDESCRIPTION
Task of the deputy store manager:
- Managing operational tasks in the store and support the store manager in daily activities.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships, handle different personalities well, and efficiently address complaints and inquiries.
- You manage resources through strong scheduling skills and anticipate the needs of the shop floor and stockroom based on forecasts and trends (sales, school holidays, bank holidays, etc.).
- Develop your team by ensuring that all employees are well-trained in store operations and standard procedures (front and back, including cash desk).
- Monitor the store's KPIs in all aspects related to people, processes, products, and sales.
- Manage the stockroom and ensure the quality and care of the garments are maintained.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store goals, develop the business, and lead by example.
- Ensure the successful onboarding of new employees and follow up on their training.
- Support the managers in team meetings and employee development and promote the motivation and engagement of all team members.

- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers: You adjust your approach to meet diverse customer needs.
- Problem-solving skills: You proactively identify issues and develop effective solutions.
