In line with the company’s values of integrity, transparency, and empathy, our collaboration with Secretariado Gitano focused on developing training programs. Specifically, these initiatives aimed at improving the skills of vulnerable groups, with a special emphasis on the Roma community.
Moreover, these programs not only provided technical skills to facilitate integration into the retail sector but also significantly boosted participants' confidence and ability to overcome various barriers.
