Luxe Talent Celebrates Its First Digital Recruitment Open Day
Luxe Talent advises professionals in an online consultancy event.
The recruitment and training consultancy, Luxe Talent, celebrates its first Digital Recruitment Open Day in Europe for professionals from the Retail, Fashion, and Luxury industry. This event took place on March 20th in a 100% digital environment, for the restrictions by the COVID-19. Under the slogan "Still Shaping Your Future Together", Luxe Talent shows that there are no barriers in recruiting new talent.
With over 10 years of experience in the specialized recruiting of professional profiles, Luxe Talent attended through Skype video calls and telephone calls to more than 30 candidates, who could meet the consultants personally and receive advice on their career path and tips to improve their profile.
The event aimed to demonstrate that there are no boundaries when attracting new talent. The current situation with the COVID-19 has caused companies to do telework continuously. That's why candidates could receive advice on how to take their professional careers to the next level while they stay at home. Different profiles with extensive experience in the Retail and Luxury fields, from Spain, France, Italy, and Germany met via Skype video calls their consultants. To add on, the large number of participants from the e-commerce and wholesale sectors was noteworthy.
The event brought potential candidates and consultants closer together, once again demonstrating the growing importance of human resources consultancy events, a sector in which the human factor takes on special importance, even more in periods of health and economic crisis. This was demonstrated by Karina Ruyz, eCommerce Manager and Business Developer: "I received very clear and valid insights to improve my CV. In these moments of quarantine, especially for me living in China, being able to focus my time on things that matter is very positive".
Thanks to this outcome, Luxe Talent is preparing a new digital open day. On April 3rd, the second edition of the Digital Recruitment Open Day will be celebrated and they will share their open vacancies around Europe.
