Reservation Agent – International Travel Company

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Reservation Agent for one of our clients, an international Destination Management Company. The position is based in Warsaw.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, Braga and Amsterdam.

Responsibilities of the Reservation Agent:

As Reservation Agent, this position will be responsible for helping clients in planning and making a reservation for their vacations in Warsaw.

• Assist clients with planning and making reservations.
• Suggest local tourists' attractions and places.
• Process payments and send reservation confirmation to the clients.
• Explain to the clients about the services the company offers.
• Answer the clients' questions and complaints.
• Provide the clients with additional services or special services.
• Maintain customer's detailed information.
• Sort out any issues which may arise during online payments.
• Offer customer service to the client in regard to the cancellation of reservations.
• Provide excellent customer services and customer satisfaction.
• Manage all the guest's emails and calls.
• Ensure compliance to all security and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Background in Tourism.
• Mandatory: Experience of working with booking software such as Amadeus and Galileo.
• 3 years of experience as a Reservation Agent, Travel Agent, or a relevant role in the Travel and Tourism industry.
• Fluency in English, Polish and another language is a plus.
• Excellent people and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to offer exceptional customer service.
• Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
• Good data entry skills.
• Extraordinary time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve the clients' issues promptly.
