Sales Assistant Menswear Fashion Brand

Luxe Talent, International recruitment agency specialised in Fashion, Luxury and Retail is currently looking for a professional and experienced Sales Assistant for Menswear Fashion Brand in London.

Job description as Store Manager:

As a Sales Assistant you will be a brand ambassador and provide an outstanding customer service; maximise store profitability by exceeding your sales targets; assist in the maintenance of standards on the shop floor and for all displays and merchandise. Your main duties include promote customer relationships, ensure efficient use of CRM, keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends, contribute to the achievement of the target by working in team, manage problem solve issues, participate in marketing effort inside and outside the store location.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory, a second language would be considered as a plus;
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Previous experience in men’s wear is a plus;
• Manages his/ her image standards on a high level;
• Strong attention to details and great customer service skills;
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals;
• Good team player;
• Good analytical and communication skills;
• Good Knowledge of computer systems;
• Familiar with CRM systems and KPIs;
• Capacity to multitask and work in a dynamic environment;
• Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion industry.
