Sales Assistant – Luxury Fragrance & Skincare Brand
At Luxe Talent, an international consulting company specializing in recruitment and training for the fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG sectors, we are seeking a Sales Assistant for an Italian Luxury Brand, to be placed in their new boutique in London.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich and Amsterdam.
Main Responsabilities of the Sales Assistant:
- Actively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Provide comprehensive consultation and assistance to clients
- Achieve predefined sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Acquire and cultivate customer loyalty
- Organize and manage inventory and the sales area
- Oversee the care and movement of products
- Conduct inventory activities as needed
Requirements for the Sales Assistant:
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant or in sales, particularly in Premium and/or Luxury boutique environments
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Basic knowledge of common computer tools and software
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and understand client needs
- Passion for the product and the brand
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments
What the company offers:
- Full-time contract
- Salary based on candidate's seniority (27.000£/32.000£)
- Incentive Plan (KPI based)
