Sales Assistant for a Premium Brand (New Opening)

Luxe Talent, International Recruitment agency specialized in Fashion and Retail is currently seeking for talented Sales Assistant (Full Time) for a new opening in Bruxelles. This vacancy is for an Italian Menswear Premium brand in a period of growth and expansion.

Job description as Sales Assistant:

• Welcome and assist the customer throughout the sales process
• Reaching sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling
• Collect and rearrange customer information to ensure efficient use of CRM
• Customer loyalty
• Keep the environment clean and tidy
• Work following certain guidelines and respecting deadlines
• Contribute to the achievement of the target by working in team

Requirements:

Our recruiter want to meet some new profiles with at least 2 years of experience in this role or similar. Our perfect Sales Assistant should be sales and customer oriented, with some experience in KPI's. We want to meet someone with a fluent English. It will always be a plus that the candidate has experience in menswear !
