Sales Assistant (Full-Time/Part-time) Fashion Brand in Roosendaal

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG. We are looking for one of our customers, a fashion premium Brand, a SALES ASSISTANT (Full-Time or Part-Time) for the Store in Roosendaal Outlet.

In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe. For instance, have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich. Therefore, we offer you this position as a sales assistant for a high-end brand.

Responsibilities as a Sales Assistant:

• Be an ambassador of the brand, moreover, communicate values and brand philosophy.
• Welcome and assist customers throughout their visit, by all means, provide a personalised service.
• Develop customer loyalty, in addition,  guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of the turnover of your point of sale.
• Ensure the follow-up of stocks and guarantee their reliability.
• Receiving goods and restocking.
• Highlight the collections through inspiring merchandising visuals and create the visual merchandising in consequent accordance with the company's guidelines.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong attitude to fashion and to sales.
• Customer service attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
