Sales Representative H/F – Luxury Fashion Brand- Antwerp

Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG. We are looking for one of our customers, a professional and dynamic Sales Representative H/F Flemish and English Speaker for a Luxury Fashion brand.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe. For instance, we have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.  Therefore, we offer you this position as Sales Representative for a high-end brand.

Job description as Sales Representative H/F:

A Sales Representative is responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets. They ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase. This way, they can establish new accounts for their employer.

In this position, your duties will be:

• To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;
• To approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy;
• To develop enduring relationships with local and international clients;
• To maximize sales for the Boutique;
• To handle returns of merchandise;
• To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
• To support the team on the general operations of the Boutique;
• To maintain the customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates.

Requirements:

As an ideal candidate, the key requirements for this position include:

• Fluency in Flemish and English (written & spoken); Basics in French are required.
• Previous experience in retail is required.
• Ability to communicate and inspire customers & colleagues with great client service skills.
