Job description:

The Store Manager will be responsible of managing an amazig team in a well structured and performing Store, the sales are high and it's easy to fidelize the clients, which means that is going to be also easy to make higher commissions.

The candidate will be responsible of the control of the KPI's, targets, store organization and team performance, so it's the perfect opportunity to learn new skills and to use the knowledge of the market.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a Luxury Environment;
• Great understanding of the luxury market;
• Good experience in retail;
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving attitude;
• Good experience in customer service;
• Result-driven approach and commercial awareness;
• Fluency in English and Norwegian.
