Store Manager Luxury Perfumery - Brand New Store - Central London
From Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, we are looking for a Store Manager to lead the team of a brand new store, for an established and renowned fragrance luxury brand, in the heart of London.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich and Amsterdam.
Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized customer service to ensure an unforgettable shopping experience, building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Train, mentor, and lead the store team to consistently achieve sales targets while cultivating a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
- Monitor store KPIs, create action plans, and ensure targets are met, while providing regular performance updates to senior management.
- Maintain meticulous standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage CRM activities, focusing on clienteling strategies to foster a loyal customer base among local and international clients.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory control, staffing, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Store Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the luxury or high-end retail sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate teams.
- Analytical skills and a solid understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Passionate about the luxury skincare and fragrance industry, with excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills.
