Store Manager – new opening SOHO

From Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, we are currently looking for a Store Manager for one of our client, a jewelry brand that specializes in crafting fine silver jewelry.

In our recruitment agency we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, where we have offices in strategic locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Munich.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the new opening of a flagship store in SoHo, NYC.

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, staff management, customer service, visual merchandising, and
inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ● Leadership & Team Management:
    ○ Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates and support staff.
    ○ Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
    ○ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and
    feedback.

    ● Sales & Customer Service:
    ○ Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets.
    ○ Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
    ○ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and local community.

    ● Store Operations:
    ○ Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and
    procedures.
    ○ Manage store budget, including labor costs and expenses.
    ○ Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

    ● Inventory Management:
    ○ Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
    ○ Manage product ordering and replenishment.
    ○ Oversee inventory control processes to minimize loss.

    ● Visual Merchandising:
    ○ Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Arvino
    brand.
    ○ Plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
    ○ Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and
    messaging.

Requirements:

● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or
high-end retail.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Passion for the brand and a keen interest in jewelry and fashion.
● Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
