Store Manager | Premium Accessories - OPENING NEW STORE
Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Store Manager M/F in Amsterdam.
In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich.
Description of the Store Manager - Premium Accessories :
As a Store Manager - your main responsabilities will be:
- Customer service: Welcome customers with your product knowledge and customer-friendliness.
- Team leadership: Motivate and coach your team for excellent results.
- Stock management: Keep premium products in stock and ensure attractive presentation.
- Sales strategy: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Day-to-day management: Ensure efficient shop operation and sufficient staff. Respond to requests and complaints.
- Staffing: Communicate with the Retail Manager and HR on personnel matters and team changes.
- Reporting: Report shop sales, costs (especially labour hours) and performance according to company requirements.
- Visual Merchandising: You will monitor the look of the shop and ensure that all POS are in place, the shop looks top notch at all times and prices/ promotions are updated in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Experienced Leader: You have experience in a leadership role within retail.
Customer-focused: You understand what customers want and strive to make them happy every day. - Proactive and solution-oriented: You see opportunities and seize them with both hands and execute your projects independently.
- Responsible: You take responsibility and can work independently, but also know when and how to delegate.
- Flexible: You can switch well and define the right priorities to always achieve the best result. Weekend work does not put you off.
- Strong communicator: Service orientation and communication are your strong points, and you know how to use these skills to satisfy customers and team members.
- Language skills: You are fluent in Dutch and English.
