Store Manager | Premium Sport
Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training firm specialising in Executive & Middle Management positions in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Store Manager M/F in Brugge.
In our recruitment and training practice, we work with various companies in the Luxury, Premium and Upscale sectors throughout Europe, where we have offices in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, London, Lisbon and Munich.
Description of the Store Manager - Premium Sport :
As a Store Manager - your main responsabilities will be:
- Lead customer experience in the right direction for the shop team; ensures that the service/sales culture in the shop is representative of the brand.
- Ensure the team meets sales targets and key metrics: sales, conversion, UPT, ADT, mystery shopping.
- Provide qualitative and proactive feedback to the District Manager.
- Oversee all areas of inventory management to achieve positive inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all brand policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
- 360° management from stock to shopfloor.
- Hire and train top talent to ensure a winning team and create a best-in-class service & selling organisation by continuously developing and motivating a high-performance sales team.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years), ideally at a top international brand with a focus on retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership, with an understanding of financials and reporting.
- Experience in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of shop operations, including visual merchandising inventory management, risk management and security.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain a consistently high level of service. - Able to work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Language skills : You are fluent in Dutch and English.
